10.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raja95 is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that Indonesian consumer protection law or Indonesian civil law applies to any aspect of your relationship with raja95, such provisions shall govern to the extent required by law.
10.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and raja95. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. Notwithstanding the foregoing, raja95 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to Users via email, on-site notification, or prominent display on the homepage. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account by contacting customer support.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your raja95 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (after deduction of applicable fees or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and raja95 regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
